This is a 4-week fully customised treatment or training program that includes exercises for strength, stability, mobility and posture.

  • Customised to your time constraints to ensure you can make the most of every minute you are training.
  • Access to Vitality App or Physitrack App or both with educational videos and instructions for 4 weeks.

All personalised fitness training programs are designed based on your experience, lifestyle, conditions and injuries.
