Program Outline

This (online or face to face) program is designed for both new and existing clients, to get you kickstarted.

  • If you are feeling lost or are a beginner and want guidance in your training.
  • If you are serious about getting results and improvements and want to take action.
  • If you want to get exclusive access to Anthony, his experiences and insights.
  • If you want to improve your exercise technnique or form.

Package Includes

  • Initial Movement Assessment.
  • 3 x 45 minute training sessions with Anthony.
  • A fully customised training program that includes exercises for strength, stability, mobility and posture.
 
All sessions must be completed within 30 days from the initial assessment.
